How can I cancel a FlexPlus booking?
You can cancel your FlexPlus ticket up to 30 minutes before departure. There is a charge for the cancellation.
Currently it is only possible to cancel your booking via our call centre or at the Germanwings airport sales information desk.
The Germanwings airport sales desk is open at the airport during flight operations.
